What happens if I’m not satisfied with the results?

How do I track the progress and performance?

With Erfolk, you receive project management system access, reports, and/or online meetings to review ongoing progress, performance, and results. These are adjusted so they meet your reporting requirements and meeting availability.

Do you fully integrate with my team?

Yes. We integrate and interface with your existing leadership and internal teams to ensure a full end-to-end solution.  In rare cases where this isn't possible, we'll tell you right away.

Can I outsource only specific marketing tasks or do I need to commit to a full-service package?

We are happy to help you with specific tasks, or an all-inclusive solution, with a minimum service period of 1 day as shown on the pricing page. Kindly refer to the pricing section for details.

What level of involvement is required from me or my team during the process?

While we recommend a minimum of 1 monthly online meeting, that's up to you. If you're busy, we're happy to take full ownership of all the defined responsibilities.  If you'd like to be regularly involved or give approval at various control points, it's simple and easy thanks to our online project management portal, where you gain access to all projects, information, and statuses.

How do you handle sensitive company data and ensure confidentiality?

Working with big enterprise and well-funded startups alike, we take seriously your need for security, integrity, and confidentiality. Any and all information you share with us is handled with the utmost care, including secured systems, protocols, and trained personnel.  Marketing materials which are to be released publicly go through multiple levels of QA, QC, and release control.  Full details of our certified systems, personnel, and compliance processes are available upon request.

What if my needs change or I want to scale up or down?

Your service agreement is for a 1 day or 30 day service period, with flex adjustments on a month-to-month basis.  Fast and flexible down- and upscaling is one of the key advantages of high-quality outsourcing, so you get both faster results and a better ROI than hiring your own staff.

Are there any hidden fees or long-term contracts?

No. With each project you will see the all-inclusive project price in your service agreement. Most service periods are 1 day or 30 days.  Once we get working together, you can request a longer-term service period with discounted pricing.
